Davesguns.com and Davescatalog.com are the internet divisions of Lake Spokane Enterprises, Inc.(dba: Dave's Guns), a quality lines firearms and accessories dealer, founded in 1987.

Davesguns.com is a small family owned and operated specialty retail gun shop. Located along the Spokane River, Nine Miles North of Spokane, Washington. Dave's Guns sells quality shotguns, rifles, handguns, NFA firearms, suppressors, ammunition and accessories.

Davescatalog.com expands on our already substantial in-store accessory line, offering our internet customer's the opportunity to purchase directly on-line 24/7 from an even larger assortment of firearms and shooting sport accessories that may not be immediately available at the storefront location.

Warranties

Dave's Guns, Davesguns.com and Davescatalog.com offers no warranties or guarantees, express, implied or limited, other than those supplied by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for specific warranty information, including warranty period and service policies. Warranty issues, implied or otherwise are between the purchaser and the manufacturer and are not the responsibility of Dave's Guns, Davesguns.com or Davescatalog.com.

Return Policy

All Returns Require Prior Authorization

Please e-mail customerservice@davesguns.com for a Return Authorization Number. Any item returned without authorization will be refused.

Return of New Items

Davescatalog.com allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 14 days of your purchase date, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Credit shall be issued by the same means payment was made. Shipping & Processing charges cannot be refunded.

Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the original carton with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Return merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box.

Return of Defective Items

Unfortunately Dave's Guns, Davesguns.com and Davescatalog.com are unable to accept direct return of defective merchandise. All merchandise is covered by the Manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for specific warranty information, including warranty period and service policies.

Non-Returnable Items

Davescatalog.com is unable to accept any returns of the following items (all sales are final):

• Ammunition and ammunition components
• Electronic sights
• Scopes
• Stocks
• Any merchandise requiring gunsmith fitting

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping any return product to our location. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 14 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

Undeliverable Merchandise

Merchandise returned by the carrier, regardless of reason other than freight damage, will be subject to outbound and return shipping & processing charges, in addition to a 25% restocking fee.

Processing Time

Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 7 business days following receipt.

Age requirements

You must be at least 18 to order any product from us. Some items contained in this catalog may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item in this catalog.

Davescatalog.com accepts Visa and MasterCard.

Sales Tax
Dave's Guns, Davesguns.com and Davescatalog.com charges 8.1% sales tax for all orders shipped to the State of Washington. Sales tax is not collect on order shipped outside of the State of Washington.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Dave's Guns, Davesguns.com and Davescatalog.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.
